Town Church Choir are joined by singers of The Externi Consort in a service to commemorate the Battle of Britain. This service, led by The Very Reverend Tim Barker, marks a special anniversary of RAF 201 Squadron, which was granted Privilege of Guernsey 30 years ago. A military parade will move along the seafront after an inspection by the Lieutenant Governor, before arriving at Town Church. This is a service of gratitude for those who fought for the freedom of the country, and the music will reflect themes of memorial and celebration.
